Cecelia Chapman is an artist and designer who produces online art, experimental videos, original works, prints, and stories. She is currently living near San Francisco, California and studied graphic design at Parsons School of Design, New York. She freelances.

Strong conceptual, writing and design skills. Responsible for design of images for print, web, advertising, fabric, rubber stamp.
