Cecelia Chapman is a California-born visual artist and filmmaker living in Portugal. She is known for her short experimental-documentary, film fables and minimalist painting, that usually evolve from her relationship and investigation into her environment. Chapman's works seek to disrupt the performance of global-corporate, commercial interests and to revel in the fantastic-weird as a vehicle for freedom. Parsons NY graduate, graphic design.
